I grew up in Oakton, VA, a suburb of Washington D.C. I obtained a Culinary Degree from Johnson & Wales University and a Master’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Tourism/Management at the University of South Carolina. 

For eight years I worked at the prestigious Kiawah Island Country Club in Club Management and as their Corporate Recruiter and Trainer.

In 2004, my husband, Dan Leahy, formed DJL Appraisals, Inc. where I manage the day to day operations and combine my appraisal knowledge with my Real Estate career. My husband and I are very proud  parents of Katelyn and Margaret. .
