When A House Just WON'T Sell...

As most of you know, Wendy Rulnick is of my favorite little bloggers out there. I always want to say exactly what she does, but I know I can't just copy and paste. It's ILLEGAL!!! She blogs about everything, from short sales and foreclosures, to funny everyday things that happen in her life, and just about everything having to do with the real estate world! She recently posted a blog about walking down the street and seeing a house that's been up on the market for more than 4 years and the possibilities of WHY THAT IS. She basically explains that THE PRICE NEEDS TO BE RIGHT......Your opinion on the value of your house doesn't really matter in the end..It needs to be comparable to other similar houses, the market, and other factors. But in the end, the best marketing system, having the #1 agent in the world listing that house, your own opinions, etc, just don't matter...When all is said and done, your home will sell if THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
